Belen holds a Master Degree in Public Administration and 2 Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and accounting/Auditory.

Søren is a Marine Engineer with over 20 years of international experience in the refrigeration industry. Søren`s expertise spans from project management and sales, to global leadership of diverse remote teams across both smal enterprises and large multinational corporations. Søren Began his career in refrigeration, as an instructor at the Technical College in Hadsten, where he taught for several years. He is currently pursuing an MBA to further strengthen his strategic capabilities.
Søren loves sailing and fishing, and supports the local scouting group.
